For a chef, there are few experiences more intimate than being welcomed into someone’s home to prepare a celebratory meal, whether that’s a middle-of-the-week dinner for six or a large catered event. It’s one of my great pleasures to work with a client on a menu, source the best ingredients, prepare that food consciously, and then serve it in person.
I carefully curate menus to reflect our local environment, our growers and makers, and my sourcing is thoughtful and intentional. For small home events I take over the kitchen for the evening and serve each dish with full explanations and sometimes a story or two. I also easily handle large events at the venue of your choice.
